Rumus

Contoh perhitungan

A student measures gravitational acceleration as 9.6 m/s² when the accepted value adalah 9.81. The absolute error adalah 0.21, so the percent error adalah 0.21 ÷ 9.81 × 100 = 2.141%,, dan the signed error adalah −2.141% because the measurement adalah low.
