Qué significa cada dato

  • Face Valor – The Cantidad repaid A maturity.
  • Coupon Tipo – The Anual Intereses as a Porcentaje de face Valor.
  • Yield a maturity – The return if held a maturity.

Cómo leer los resultados

  • Bond Precio – Present value de coupons y the face Valor.
  • Corriente yield – Annual coupon ÷ Precio.
  • Duración – The weighted average time a receive the cash flows. Modified duration estimates the price change por a 1% change en yield.

La fórmula

Precio = Σ coupon ÷ (1 + y ÷ m)^t + face ÷ (1 + y ÷ m)^n. Macaulay duration = Σ t × PV(cash flow t) ÷ price ÷ m. Yield a maturity es solved numerically.
