Como ler os resultados

• Taxa de juros – Anual Taxa Capitalização Mensal (loan) ou Por Ano (investment).
• Effective Anual Taxa – The same Taxa with compounding included.

A fórmula

Loan: the Taxa r satisfies payment = Quantidade × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r)^−n), Resolvido numerically. Growth: Taxa = (Fim ÷ Início)^(1 ÷ Anos) − 1.

Um exemplo prático

A 20,000 loan repaid with 400 por mês por 5 years has a rate de 7.42% por ano, an effective rate de 7.678% e total interest de 4,000.

Erros comuns
