من Finds the hostname that belongs إلى an IP address using its reverse DNS (PTR) record, ومن checks that the hostname resolves back إلى the same address, which هو من called forward-confirmed reverse DNS. Mail servers use this check إلى من decide whether إلى trust a sender.

كيف تقرأ النتائج
- Hostname – The الاسم set في the address’s PTR record.

- Forward-confirmed – نعم when the hostname’s A أو من AAAA record points back إلى the same address.

The address هو reversed وqueried under in-addr.arpa مقابل IPv4, أو ip6.arpa with each hex digit reversed مقابل IPv6. 8.8.4.4 becomes 4.4.8.8.in-addr.arpa. The returned name هو من then looked up forward إلى confirm it.
